The 'Rijksluchtvaartschool', later KLM Flight Academy, moves from Gilze Rijen and Ypenburg to Eelde.
1967
Left a NLM Fokker 27 line service aircraft. Right front a Piper PA-23 small twin. Same basic type as the author used to own in Florida!
2020 (november)
Exciting times. Never have so many airliners been gathered on EELDE's apron. Because of the worldwide flight restrictions caused by the Corona crisis, KLM picked EELDE to park some of their Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft.
